That's the point. If we do our jobs well, coolness will always be the natural result.
Our name is a North Star that reminds us to establish ourselves in the Before so that we can fully appreciate the After. It prevents us from straying too far into niches and leads us out of the maze of vanilla.
Equally importantly, our secret sauce is steeped in the details — seasoned by aesthetic aromas, contextual crunch, logistical layers, programmatic panache, topped with social sizzles.
Each challenge is met with powerful nuance, expertly brewed by our team's well-rounded points of view.
Through open perspectives, we not only remain accountable, we also actively seek practical ways to better our journey together.

Katherine, Creative Director
Katherine received her M.S. in Advanced Architectural Design from Columbia University and her B.Arch from the University of Southern California.
In graduate school, she was selected to advise on Columbia Plan 2030 and GreenSAPP, an initiative organized by Dean Emeritus Amale Andraos. In college, she interned for The Archers and designed spaces for Amazon, Lancôme, Nestea, Sephora, Taco Bell, Telemundo, Univision and the 2018 Winter Olympics VISA lounges. She has worked as Lead Designer and Project Manager on projects ranging in scale from apartment combinations to commercial cafes and regional hospital campuses.
